Ashley is fantastic! She was referred to me initially by a trusted advisor when I mentioned that I wanted to remember more from my childhood as I had suppressed most memories from when I was young. During our sessions, Ashley took the time to get to know me and asked probing questions to help me unearth experiences and get to the root of what I was hoping to achieve. Ashley is such a beautiful soul! I was grieving the loss of my first dog Minny and was in a place of debilitating shock and sadness. I have been struggling with my ability to focus lately, more than usual. I know it has a lot to do with the pandemic and the anxiety that comes with it, and WFH with two dogs and a new (unexpected, but welcome) housemate hasn't helped. I tried using some tactics that I learned in the past like blocking time on my calendar, writing my to-do list for the day, taking walks to clear my head, but with little success. I felt blocked and it made me feel frustrated which just exacerbated my anxiousness.

I needed to get me out of my cycle so I tried one session with Ashley. I never went to a hypnotherapist before and thought I would try something different. One session led to more because I got something unique and valuable out of each. I would describe Ashley's hypnotherapy as a mix of therapy, meditation, and leadership coaching! She has the ability to truly listen as I describe my issue and asks insightful questions that help me unlock potential areas of blockage. All this is the precursor to the activity that she will lead me through to help me with my issue. It is usually a guided meditation or an activity or "home play" which is what I call homework, it varies with the nature of the session. It's always interesting and different from what I've tried in the past. I always enjoy our sessions and look forward to the next one.

I can't say enough about how much Ashley has helped me in my path for healing and wellness. I have always been skeptical of traditional therapy feeling that results do not always happen in a timely manner. I needed more than talk-I needed to feel progress. Well, read on because Ashley Graham will make a difference in your life.
Ashley has a profound ability to listen. You will immediately feel a sense of trust. The hypnotherapy session involved her guiding me with her words to be able to open up to what was hindering me. The experience was not at all stressful, but rather relaxing. I also appreciated her ability to coach me towards my next steps.
She helped me decide on a career move that I was unsure of whether to pursue. She helped me find the confidence within myself to go for it. I did! Now, I am doing something I love and feel like this is what I was born to do.

Another way that she can help is with anxiety and sleep disorder. She gave me strategies to help with both. I feel so much better.
