Hypnotherapy deals directly with your subconscious to deliver quick and beneficial results. Hypnosis helps you bypass your critical mind that acts as roadblock during traditional therapy and frees you up to make decisions and locate your goals clearly. It allows you to concentrate on the problem at hand in a deep and gentle way to create solutions that carry over into your life.
Our first session will be a customized breakthrough session. We’ll discuss the reasons for your visit and create a foundation upon which your next sessions will be built. I will ask you about your background, the obstacles you’re facing and answer any questions you might have. We will then use a combination of NLP Coaching & Timeline Therapy®, followed by Reiki and hypnotherapy to create positive shifts forward. We will move at a pace that is comfortable for you and create a plan to move forward. Our sessions are completely confidential and none of your information will be shared outside of your sessions.
Entering a hypnotic state is akin to entering a state of deep relaxation. It’s very similar to the relaxed state of meditation, the only difference is that the power of positive suggestion will be part of the experience. You will still be fully aware of your surroundings and in full control, but in a state free of common distractions that enables you to look deeper into your mind and concentrate on things that may be more difficult to reach with your conscious mind. You should come out of hypnosis feeling renewed and refreshed, similar to waking up from a deep, comfortable sleep.
Yes! My job is to simply guide you as we look into your own mind. You will always be in control of your words and actions and cannot be compelled to do anything you don’t want to do. You will never be trapped in a state of hypnosis and can come out of this deep tranquil state at any time.
Results will vary based on the client and the goal they are working through, as well as other factors and will be discussed during our consultation. We will work together to create a plan that works for your lifestyle and encourages change at an appropriate and sustainable pace towards long term change.
