I work closely with each of my clients to determine what their needs are and how best to meet them. In each tailored manifestation session, I offer NLP Coaching and Hypnotherapy together with Reiki energy clearing to help you reach your goals. Depending on the problems you’re facing you may benefit from a combination of services. Some services, like Hypnotherapy, are helpful to clients looking to accomplish very specific goals, like breaking unwanted habits, while others can help you with your overall state of mind.
All sessions are fully confidential, and my goal is to ensure my clients feel safe and empowered. I am available to answer any questions you might have.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy helps you achieve a deep state of relaxation and focus that allows deeper access to the mind. NLP will be utilized in your manifestation session to discover and bridge the gap between where you are today and where you want to end up. I will act as a guide to help you reshape your mindset and build the patterns necessary to take control of your life and achieve your dreams.


Reiki
Your body is made up of pure energy, and we all have the power to heal this energy. Using this traditional Japanese healing method, we will stimulate your body’s natural healing abilities using touch or raised hands above the body.
Scientifically, Reiki helps to balance disturbances in our body’s bioenergy field. By moving energy through your body in a positive way, it helps to clear negative thoughts and anxieties that block natural energy flow.
